Despatch & Delivery (Summary)

Most individual items can be delivered to most mainland addresses from £2 to £12. If you know that the delivery address is an outlying area that usually attracts a supplement then you must contact us (naturally we reserve the right to amend any quoted delivery prices accordingly).
Goods are delivered most commonly by Royal Mail, by myHermes (couriers), or APC Network (couriers).
Despatch is usually within 48 hours, or at least once a week if local (see Local Drop Off). Delivery usually takes place 1-5 working days after despatch.
MADE TO ORDER items take anything up to 28 days to manufacture, and are then despatched according to your selected delivery method. During the main holiday periods please anticipate up to two weeks extra.
On arrival your goods must be accepted with a signature.
If you enter instructions in your order designating a “safe place”, alternative recipient or delivery address then you must take full responsibility for any goods that consequently go missing.
Delivery Costs
The cost of delivery is dependent on the total weight of the goods you have selected, and the delivery method (depending on the delivery address you may be offered a choice of methods). To see the delivery cost for your order please add the desired item/s to your shopping trolley then continue along the Checkout route. You can duck in and out to add or remove items then note the changes when you return to the Checkout.
Local drop off
Drop offs to customers with a postcode within a few miles of our depots are made each Saturday to your doorstep (residential addresses only). This option is offered at the time of placing your order and attracts a discount. You may also contact us to collect your order.

Cancellations and Returns (Summary)

When any goods are returned the Buyer shall first obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from the Seller and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned packaging (not on the item itself).
Provided the Buyer has taken all reasonable care of the ordered products and that they are complete, the Buyer may, within fourteen (sometimes seven) working days of receipt and at the Buyer’s expense and at the Buyer’s risk, return the product to the Seller.
If within thirty days of delivery of a product the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty then the Buyer may return the product to the Seller at the Seller's expense, but the Buyer must first receive written (emailed) approval of the cost of making that return. The Seller will replace or give credit for the product at its own expense. However, any product returned to the Seller as faulty which on examination is found not to be suffering from any fault will not be credited and will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense.
All accurately returned products will be credited excluding original carriage charges and where goods have been opened sometimes a general restocking fee. Please note that the Seller cannot accept the return of custom made items.
