Dispatch & Delivery (Summary)

Most individual items can be delivered to most mainland addresses from £2 to £12. If you know that the delivery address is an outlying area that usually attracts a supplement then you must contact us (naturally we reserve the right to amend any quoted delivery prices accordingly).

Goods are delivered most commonly by Royal Mail, by myHermes (couriers), or APC Network (couriers).

Dispatch is usually within 48 hours, or at least once a week if local. Delivery usually takes place 1-5 working days after despatch.

MADE TO ORDER items take anything up to 28 days to manufacture, and are then dispatched according to your selected delivery method. During the main holiday periods please anticipate up to two weeks extra.

On arrival any goods delivered by a courier must be accepted with a signature.

If you enter instructions in your order designating a “safe place”, alternative recipient or delivery address then you must take full responsibility for any goods that consequently go missing.

To see the delivery cost for your order please add the desired item/s to your shopping trolley then continue along the Checkout route. You can duck in and out to add or remove items then note the changes when you return to the Checkout.
